Who we are

Dynuna is a sole proprietorship in Sweden and is responsible for your personal data. Contact: Energeia_work@outlook.com

What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email address, the time you agreed to emails, and which version of the consent text you agreed to. Nothing else. We do not use tracking cookies.

Why

To email you about early access. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1 a). You don't have to join. Without your email, we can't invite you.

Who handles your data for us

• Supabase: database, stored in the EU.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• Resend: sends the waitlist emails, from the EU.

These companies may reach the data from outside the EU (Supabase from Singapore and the USA, Vercel and Resend from the USA). The EU's Standard Contractual Clauses protect it there. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, and at most 12 months after early access opens.

Your rights

You can see, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, and ask us to limit or stop using it. You can withdraw your consent anytime: use the unsubscribe link or write to us. This doesn't affect emails we sent before. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

Age

Dynuna is for people aged 18 and over.
